  Having bought and old terraced house in Wexford town, with the intention of renovating it myself, I quickly realised that the chimney was in very poor condition. I also had concerns about the flashing on the chimney stack. This type of work was beyond my ability, both from a knowledge and safety point of view. I contacted James Kells and he agreed to call, inspect, report and price the necessary work. He did this in a timely and detailed manner. He answered any questions I had and gave me advice communicating with the owners of adjoining properties. Being very happy with further discussion I engaged him to do the work. Several complications (all outside of his control) arose and he dealt with/worked around them and completed the job to a very high standard and to agreed price. He left everywhere clean. He also dealt with the process to ensure tax relief. In short, I felt I was dealing with a competent, honest professional. I would have no hesitation recommending him. Paul Irving
